We are so pleased we chose Michael Early's company instead! They evaluated our property carefully, advising us on what items we could expect to sell at what price, and what items would be better to donate to charities, rather than cluttering our sale with items that would only detract from the items of better quality. When they were not sure of the value of an item, they did extensive research on that item -- most of the other companies we considered did not bother to do this! As a result, we discovered a number of items that were worth more than we realized!

After interviewing three estate sale companies for our estate sale, Michael was selected due to his knowledge, experience, and most importantly his integrity and honesty. We found out why some estate sale companies promise a complete liquidation of your assets in such a short period of time -- they most likely under sell most of the assets, confiscate others and give away to charity or trash the remainder.
Michael did an excellent and thorough job in managing the sale of our estate inventory items and providing higher prices than expected. Their team was excited and ready to serve our every need and let us become as involved as we wanted in the sale. It became a great family experience. They were extremely prompt in presenting us with a detailed spreadsheet detailing each item sold at the sale and the dollar amount for which it sold.
